I graduated in Computer Engineering and spent 20 years as a software developer, solution architect and technical consultant, in management consulting and financial services. I changed sides in 2013 and established Mongoose Gray. Since then I’ve worked extensively with startups, scaleups and small businesses.

Susan Major

Advisor
I have lived and breathed recruitment for over 25 years. I’m experienced in RPO, in-house and agency recruitment. I understand assessment and selection methodology, attraction channels and company-employee value propositions. I built the HR Recruitment function for the Robert Walters Group from scratch.
